Categories
000 - Inbox Criteria
- Purpose: Temporary holding area for unprocessed files, notes, or tasks.
- Examples:
- Quick notes taken during meetings or on the go.
- Recently downloaded PDFs, images, or links.
- Draft emails or ideas for upcoming projects.
- Use Case: Sort items here into the appropriate category once processed (e.g., move project-specific tasks to Projects or reference materials to Resources).
